The first floor also features a master bedroom with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe, as well as a second double bedroom with a french-size bed and a wardrobe. Returning to the entrance hallway, you can access the ground floor, where you'll find a room with a double sofa bed, a corridor leading to the second full bathroom with a sink, shower, bidet, and toilet, and a third double bedroom with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe.

Bed sheets and towels will be provided in the structure, you will have one set available for each person for each booking.
The supply of linen and final cleaning are not included in the accommodation cost and amount to a total of 450 euros for each booking.
On arrival, you will be asked to payment the deposit for an amount equal to € 800 which will be returned on the day of check out in the absence of any damage to the property.
All the guests must present themselves with a valid identity document at the time of check-in to carry out the registration of obligatory practices by law .
The keys will be delivered exclusively at our office in Via Barcuzzi, 41 in Lonato del Garda - 25017 Brescia during the scheduled check-in time from 16:00 to 19:30.
