The villa is on three floors plus the basement.
The ground floor houses a large living room where there is a sitting room with a TV area and a large marble fireplace, in the same room we also find the dining room with a large table for 8 people.
From the living area you then move on to the spacious kitchen with table and fully equipped with everything you need.
All the rooms on the ground floor overlook the splendid porch facing the garden and the swimming pool.
The porch hosts a large table and a sitting area. Then passing through the hallway where there is also the entrance door, and a bathroom with shower, you go up to the first floor where there are three finely furnished double bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a small atrium which leads to the private bathroom and where there is a large wardrobe.
The first floor also houses a second bathroom with shower available to the other two bedrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned and overlook the lake-view balcony.
Going up to the turret on the second floor we find the fourth bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning, a wooden ceiling and a balcony with a splendid view of the hills and the lake.
The park of the villa houses the swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters with a depth of 1.5 and access via Roman steps, entirely for the exclusive use of guests. Bed sheets and towels will be provided in the structure, you will have one set available for each person for each booking.
The supply of linen and final cleaning are not included in the accommodation cost and amount to a total of 480 euros for each booking.
On arrival, you will be asked to payment the deposit for an amount equal to € 500 which will be returned on the day of check out in the absence of any damage to the property.
All the guests must present themselves with a valid identity document at the time of check-in to carry out the registration of obligatory practices by law .
The keys will be delivered exclusively at our office in Via Barcuzzi, 41 in Lonato del Garda - 25017 Brescia during the scheduled check-in time from 16:00 to 19:30.
Check out will take place from 8:00 to 10:00.
