The double bedroom overlooks the balcony as well as the living room.
In the large bathroom with shower there is also a washing machine. In front of the entrance there is a large private space where is located the outdoor dining table for 6 people. The apartment has a covered parking space inside the property where you can park a car, in any case in front of the structure there are public parking spaces where you can park a second car and a minivan.

Bed sheets and towels will be provided in the structure, you will have one set available for each person for each booking.
The supply of linen and final cleaning are not included in the accommodation cost and amount to a total of 175 euros for each booking.
On arrival, you will be asked to payment the deposit for an amount equal to € 250 which will be returned on the day of check out in the absence of any damage to the property.
All the guests must present themselves with a valid identity document at the time of check-in to carry out the registration of obligatory practices by law . The keys will be delivered exclusively at our office in Via Barcuzzi, 41 in Lonato del Garda - 25017 Brescia during the scheduled check-in time from 16:00 to 19:30. Check out will take place from 8:00 to 10:00.
