Bed sheets and towels will be provided in the structure, you will have one set available for each person for each booking. The supply of linen and final cleaning are not included in the accommodation cost and amount to a total of 110 euros for each booking. On arrival, you will be asked to payment the deposit for an amount equal to € 250 which will be returned on the day of check out in the absence of any damage to the property.

The keys will be delivered exclusively at our office in Via Barcuzzi, 41 in Lonato del Garda - 25017 Brescia during the scheduled check-in time from 16:00 to 19:30. Check out will take place from 8:00 to 10:00. The customer can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The customer pays 50% of the total cost if he cancels between 30 and 15 days before arrival. The customer pays 100% of the total cost if he cancels in the 15 days before arrival.
