A corridor leads to the sleeping area, consisting of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with bunk beds, ideal for families or groups of friends. The bathroom is complete with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, and washing machine, ensuring maximum comfort throughout your stay. Bed sheets and towels will be provided in the structure, you will have one set available for each person for each booking.
The supply of linen and final cleaning are not included in the accommodation cost and amount to a total of 250 euros for each booking.
On arrival, you will be asked to payment the deposit for an amount equal to € 500 which will be returned on the day of check out in the absence of any damage to the property.
All the guests must present themselves with a valid identity document at the time of check-in to carry out the registration of obligatory practices by law .

The keys will be delivered exclusively at our office in Via Barcuzzi, 41 in Lonato del Garda - 25017 Brescia during the scheduled check-in time from 16:00 to 19:30.
Check out will take place from 8:00 to 10:00.
The customer can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
The customer pays 50% of the total cost if he cancels between 30 and 15 days before arrival.
The customer pays 100% of the total cost if he cancels in the 15 days before arrival.
The customer pays 100% of the total cost if he does not show up.
